Well, this is a hard reading to give. Because my ultimate experience was a five. But the person I spoke with First in the plumbing section, acknowledge that he didn’t have any experience in installing garbage disposals or the plumbing parts too support the installation. Then he asked me “do you have a plumber” I said no I was doing it myself. To which he replied well, that’s probably your problem”. These folks are great, from helping to find an odd fastener to helping with DIY projects. I don't care if they're slightly more expensive than the big box stores. They're local, they're helpful, they're friendly and if they don't have something you need, they're happy to help direct you. The guys at the contractor desk are super. I know I've asked some novice questions, and they spend the time to help and explain without judgement. I will always choose to do business with them over the big box stores.
The guy behind the counter wouldn't even stop what he was looking at to help me. So he didn’t. This was the location on 2nd Loop Rd, in the back at plumbing supplies. There were 3 men back there, so I don't know how to indicate the one who spoke(without even looking up from his screen), except he was a taller, older black man. There was also an older white guy with a moustache standing there who could probably tell you who it was.
