Very helpful and friendly.
Well, this is a hard reading to give. Because my ultimate experience was a five. But the person I spoke with First in the plumbing section, acknowledge that he didn’t have any experience in installing garbage disposals or the plumbing parts too support the installation. Then he asked me “do you have a plumber” I said no I was doing it myself. To which he replied well, that’s probably your problem”. These folks are great, from helping to find an odd fastener to helping with DIY projects. I don't care if they're slightly more expensive than the big box stores. They're local, they're helpful, they're friendly and if they don't have something you need, they're happy to help direct you. The guys at the contractor desk are super. I know I've asked some novice questions, and they spend the time to help and explain without judgement. I will always choose to do business with them over the big box stores.
