I can tell after 2 sessions the changes I am experiencing are incredible, life changing for sure. While my experience is going to take time, I am for the first time in years, gain hope and inspiration to keep going.
They gave me back my life. I have had random urinary leaking for 3 years after a series of urinary catheters that had caused weak pelvic floor muscles. At 80, I am too young for depends. I am male BTW. After Pam Dehne explained what was wrong and showed me a number of pelvic floor exercises, in 1 month of diligent exercising I no longer am leaking. I feel confident to go out in public without washcloths and frequent public bathroom visits. Listen guys! She can help you!
If you need PT, this is the only place to go. Ask for Jeannine. She’s incredible. She helped my years-long spine pain more than any therapist in Chicago at Shirley Ryan or Northwestern University (I had C4 replaced with a cadaver bone, C5 is going, and I have scoliosis).
