RecommendedIncredible service from start to finish. Brad was professional and very helpful in scheduling an appointment and Bob was courteous and efficient in completing the job. Our carpets never looked better. Highly recommend this local and family run business.
Beware of using this company to clean your carpets. I was told furniture would be moved (except large pieces) and the carpet would be ready to walk on. Only one guy showed up and when I asked if he was going to be able to move the furniture he said, "No he wouldn't. His boss only gave him about 6 small plastic disks to put under the legs of furniture. That's why Carolina Steam is so cheap."
