Beware of using this company to clean your carpets. I was told furniture would be moved (except large pieces) and the carpet would be ready to walk on. Only one guy showed up and when I asked if he was going to be able to move the furniture he said, "No he wouldn't. His boss only gave him about 6 small plastic disks to put under the legs of furniture. That's why Carolina Steam is so cheap."
