Sold my mom a 100% piece of junk. So sad, she didn’t know better and didn’t ask anyone for advice. I found that the hvac system had previously had a fire and it wasn’t replaced, the water heater was 20 years old and should have been replaced, there are other units here that randomly catch fire and burn out the occupants. There are potholes for 5 years and they refuse to fix. Because this is private property there isn’t much anyone can do about it. This place is unfit living conditions and management never barely fixed anything at all . Poor maintenance it will take months to fix anything. Please run and don’t come to live here .
