Wonderful people all the way around. They listen and understand
I am not a patient here (thank goodness) but I have a family member that is. Can someone please look on your messages and call people back. She is in extreme pain after a procedure and cannot get anyone on the phone or call her back. It's been 4 WEEKS!!! She calls once a week. I have read other reviews of this place and see she is not the only one. I would not recommend this place to no one.
Dr. Leche and Lindsey are the best! They take their time to explain everything. I was very nervous when I had my first epidural for my back and neck and they were able to calm me down. A big shout out to Imani that checks you out at the front desk in Duncan. She is so sweet and kind. Imani keep on doing what you’re doing 🥰. The only reason I gave it 4 stars and I hate to say this is… the lady that greets you in the Duncan office is not friendly or makes you feel welcomed.
