I am not a patient here (thank goodness) but I have a family member that is. Can someone please look on your messages and call people back. She is in extreme pain after a procedure and cannot get anyone on the phone or call her back. It's been 4 WEEKS!!! She calls once a week. I have read other reviews of this place and see she is not the only one. I would not recommend this place to no one.
Dr. Leche and Lindsey are the best! They take their time to explain everything. I was very nervous when I had my first epidural for my back and neck and they were able to calm me down. A big shout out to Imani that checks you out at the front desk in Duncan. She is so sweet and kind. Imani keep on doing what you’re doing 🥰. My back is wrecked and they take very good care of me here. Dr Roper listens to me and works with me, he doesn't just check off a list, write my meds and leave. He really cares. And Dr Leche is fantastic. I can't say enough about how much he also listens to me and always goes the extra mile for service and comfort for my procedures. I don't know why the low reviews. I wouldn't be walking if not for this place and their outstanding care and services.
