All they are worried about is passing out pain medication. Been there 2 times to get a shot an haven't got one.bthe good Doctor left.
I tried to reschedule my appointment after waiting 2 hrs the receptionist must have been having a bad day she started yelling at me and trying to fight me I was handed an appointment card that didn't work for me when I tried to explain why she tried to fight me . The medical assistant came out and asked me to leave bc I was agitating the unprofessional receptionist. I paid for my appointment and wasn't seen and I can't get a refund. Carolina spine and pain center is a great place to go. Since I've been going there I haven't had any problems with anyone. The nurses and doctors are great. Thank you for everything you do to help with my pain.
The last 2 visits I haven’t been seen until 1 1/2 or 2 hours after my appointment time. Double booking patients because there is only 1 doctor is wrong. My driver doesn’t have all day to wait for me. They have jobs to get to or pickup their child from school. If it was the patient who was late, they would make the patient reschedule. Last visit when I finally made it to an exam room, I was told did I want to wait to be seen or just have my meds refilled. It would have been nice to be asked that a hour earlier.
