They are complete uncaring unprofessional hacks. PT department is good. Dr Lumis destroyed my low back. Had to go to Charlotte to have them repair some of the damage. Will have low back pain the rest of my life now. They also gave me s as n appointment time of 2:30 for a different thing. Showed up at 2:15. They told me I was late and that I wouldn’t be able to get in until 3:15. I’ve had it with these people. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY REASON!!! They will mess you up worse. Go anywhere else.
21 minutes ago 1st visit showed up to my appointment at 720am got to the back at 750am. I waited until 845am and was told that I had to reschedule as the doctor was still at the hospital. 1 star as they could have addressed this in a timely manner which would have prevented me from missing work and having to pay for a baby sitter. Instead I wasted 2 hours their and had the reschedule my whole day because of the unessery time spent their waiting. This is the worse place I'd ever been if your in pain after a wreck takes a month for an appointment then they reschedule you before being seen after any scans or exrays they leave you hangining in the wind there are better options where people actually show sympathy and quality care if that's what's your looking for this is not the place for you.
I was referred to Dr Fowler. I waited in pain for hours in the waiting room and then an hour in the examining room which was dirty. Fowler seemed like maybe he had a 4 martini lunch because he seemed out of it and confused. The staff seems confused and haggard. They seem poorly trained and ignorant. I think the whole place is a money grab. They are mobbed up with Mission Hospital. I think it is important to point out that on other review sites the reviews are either 1 star or 5 stars.
