Carolina Spa could not have been more pleasant to deal with. They patiently answered my questions and went out of their way to help us pick the right spa, and get it delivered quite a distance, and helped put it into place without damage- despite our unusual challenge of needing to move it through some trees using a lull. Amazing experience with the Carolina Spa Company. Anni helped us to understand our options, scheduling a private session at their showroom. And once we made our decision, Sean quickly and efficiently coordinated delivery as well as the trades to install the hot tub.
