The technician was very knowledgeable and knew what to do to update a 20 years old Solartube to get a much brighter and whiter light,
The initial contact was very easy and the process was explained. The crew were very polite and efficient They showed me a picture of my old unit, which we had purchased from you in 2012, which had been weathered ! I had been wanting to add a solatube for a long time and I am very glad we finally did it. Huge improvement to our 1960s kitchen which was naturally quite dark. Around $1,300 - $1,500 for one 14". Positive experience. Before and after photos for consideration.
