I would not recommend this vendor. Sales process was easy- ****** is very helpful. I ordered two roll shades for doors and three plantation shutters ($2,000 but $1,600 after a discount). When installed, they did not bring the additional piece to hook in the door shades (which I paid extra for). I was also disappointed with the color of the plantation shutters. ****** came back out and explained that they only offer bright white and an option with a gray undertone. In my 30 years in the customer service business, I have never encountered anyone quite like Ms. ******. We've offered to remake and even upgrade her 3 shutters at no charge, but she refuses to let us try to resolve this with her. We have thousands of very happy and satisfied customers every year and she is the first and only customer that has left us an unfavorable review.
