We stayed 4 nights at our rental. On the last night there, my husband and I laid down to go to sleep and within a minute or so, both felt like things were crawling on us. We turned the flashlights on our phones and started looking at the pillows, sheets, and surrounding areas. We found so many teeny tiny bugs all over the bed, walls and nightstands. BEWARE IF YOU PRE REGISTER WITH THESE PEOPLE! Stayed at same property for 2 years. Pre registered for 3rd year. The property was transferred to another rental agency. They refused $50 refund of preregistration for a property you no longer represent. Said it was their policy of no refunds. WHO DOES THIS? OTHERS HAVE HAD THIS PROBLEM ALSO.

I rent through VRBO multiple times per year for 10+ years and this is the worst customer service experience I've encountered. You have to rent linens separately and still make up your own beds. You have to do your own cleaning at check-out. They will attempt to have you sign for no cancelation as a policy, even if you purposefully selected the rental for its potential cancelation policy. Recently stayed at an Airbnb that uses this rental company and while the Airbnb host was great the rental company itself wasnt great. The staff was nice and helpful and they were quick to remedy some issues we had but they are SO CHEAP it's ridiculous. Charging $60 for towels (hand towels, bath towels, dish towels, etc) is unacceptable.
