Canceled my confirmed booking 7 days before arrival. When I asked what is going on, how can you do that, they hung up on me. There should be a rating lower than 1 star.
We had an absolutely unforgettable stay at Jewel of the Sound! This home was perfect for our extended family getaway—peaceful, beautifully maintained, and packed with everything we needed to relax and reconnect. The private pier was a huge plus for happy hour sunsets and kayaking!
I inadvertently left several t-shirts in our rental, I got home, realized my mistake and contacted your office-i was told the cleaning staff was very thorough and nothing was found, even after I told them exactly where and what I left behind-then I was told that there were new tenants so I would have to wait until the checked out for them to search again-again nothing was found-i understand they are not responsible for items left behind but I told them exactly what and where these shirts were left-i don’t know if the tenants... read more
