The team at Carolina secure storage are number 1 in my book. Julian answered and sorted my questions professionally and was cool as a ice cube. Very informative about every thing and clear about the charges . The facility in Wendell is clean and kept with lots of trolleys . I used the facility for a year and a half. The biggest issue I had was the scheduled price hikes. The manager sent me a screenshot of their payment system a few months in to resolve an issue with my virtual card. Guess she didn't realize at the bottom it said, "scheduled rate change from 1XX.00 to 1XX.00 on 7/1/2024." This was in January, and sure enough, I got an email citing economic conditions, etc... a few months later.
