The storage facility is in good shape. Clean and tidy with no sign of damage. Unit itself was clean once we got into it. When making the reservation it read no lock so we purchased one to use. When we got to the unit there was a lock on it and we had to call support which is automated, twice before we were finally given the code to open the lock.
Excellent to work with especially with a last minute ,day of moving, change. Thank you

BUYER BEWARE!! Horrible and I damn sure don't recommend!! We had all of our belongings in storage here for 6 months or so. A couple of months in, our monthly rent went up substantially!! About 85% of our belongings were ruined, due to SEVERE mold!!! Nothing can be done so we are just plain and simply screwed!! And most of the items can never ever be replaced, pictures, family items etc.. 😭😞
I'm a recent tenant that is currently moving out of my storage unit and when I started picking up my items I noticed small flakes falling down when I got into the light it has showed that mold has appealed on my furniture and leather jackets I don't really understand why that happened considering it is inside a building that has climate control.
