Made an appointment but was closed and no one answered the phone.
Had the best experience here! Carolina’s Nail Salon will not disappoint! I’ve been looking for a good nail salon for so long and I’m happy to say I’ve finally found my spot! Carolina did my nails and no small detail went unnoticed. Clean and great atmosphere and very reasonably priced as she goes above and beyond with the service. Please come here you will NOT be disappointed!
Terrible customer service. I literally called ahead to make sure I could go in because I didn't know they closed at 6:30 until I checked online so that's why I called to make sure I could still come and get serviced. But no, I get there and I tell them my name and that I called ahead about a full set and they tell me "We close at 6:30" and I'm like "so you can't do my nails?" And they proceed to tell me no...like why tell me yes on the phone and then no when I get there you should have just said no on the phone. Not only did... read more
