These guys are awesome. I went in last Friday desperate for help. I left Lakewood Resort with leveling jack stuck halfway up in my 43' Newmar. I couldn't travel safely back to Virginia as it was inches off the pavement. I got there at 11:30 am and I was back on the road safely by 12:30. I've had motor homes for almost 40 years and this is one of the best service experiences I've ever had. Keep up the good work.

Be careful. We bought a used RV with (verbal- our mistake) understanding that motor home would be serviced and cleaned. Our first trip there was a very noticeable shimmy in the steering at highway speed. Upon inspection, the king pin and tie rod had not been serviced. This vehicle should not have been on the road. Speaking with manager at Carolina RV we were told, “they just can’t shell out money”. $3,000 out of our pocket for something that should never have left their service department.

Just want to thank you for a fabulous time we had at pirate land. We loved looking at all your campers you had on display. The food was great also. If you do this again next year please let us know.

What a great exception to the rule for RV service departments. We are currently living in our 2017 5th wheel while checking SE communities to retire to. Our air conditioner wasn't cooling. I called several service centers and was told up to 5 weeks to fix or never received call backs after explaining our problem. Finally located Carolina RV through Forrest River's web. Called them from Columbia, SC, and talked to Dennis. Explained my problem. He said he could fit me in the next day at 9 in the morning! Drove to Myrtle Bea... read more

Extreamly disappointed! Just bought a 2018, forest river Cherokee destination trailer. They even delivered it! Sales person and warranty guys were all great...till the deal was signed. it was not set up right and the stabilizing jack buckled. We have been trying to get them to send a replacement for a month. Also the two air conditioners do not cool the 40' unit. There are 4 vents only on one air conditioner and no vents on the air conditioner in bed room. in the last week While in Myrtle Beach from Florida we stopped in at Carolina Rv to look at the inventory. We ended up looking after hours and were met by Jason Nagel who proceeded to show us motorhomes despite being closed thus setting the stage for his constant going above and beyond.
