I paid Carolina Roofing and Construction LLC $5,000.00 (1/2 of the full amount), and found out later that I was SCAMMED. The Owner, Roger Poarch initially denied receiving my money. He went from denial to telling me that he could give me all but 750.00 back because he paid the salesman (Chad Woodley), that amount. After speaking with the salesman, I learned that the disclosure was false. I told Mr. Poarch that I wanted a full refund.
