Carolina Restoration was great to work with. They showed up on time, assessed the job, and removed spots in my carpet that the last company I used said would never come out. I would highly recommend them.
Terrible experience!! They did not bring enough cleaner with them to clean my carpet, then told me I could re-schedule for another day or call another company. He did nothing but complain from the moment he knocked on the door until he left. I opted to call another company. They are very unprofessional. You are warned.....they are running a special...you get what you pay for with this company. Very poor customer service!!!
