The facility is inviting and everyone is welcoming and friendly. You can tell the staff truly care for the patients just by seeing their interactions as you walk down the halls. The place is kept very clean and I would highly recommend anyone to go there.

WARNING: Do Not, REPEAT No Not send your love one to this place. It will be their worse nightmare. This place is the worse rehab center anywhere. They physically abused and assaulted my wife while she was a patient there. They treat thepatients like prisoners. The nursing staff are a bunch of lazy and incompetent people I have ever met. Nobody there want's to do their job either. They don't want to answer the call bell or help thepatients to the bathroom. And if thepatients soils themselves the staff yells at them. I consider this facility a home away from home. The staff prioritize customer care and work well with each other. The patient care is excellent! The floors are always shiny and the center is really clean. I'm really impressed.

This facility is a nightmare. Patients are typically not treated with respect, nor compassion. CNA's are assigned to far too many patients, typically 15 or more patients per CNA. Diapers are not changed on a regular schedule by most CNAs, and management refuses to address the issue. Patients are NOT fed dependably, food trays are removed with little to no attempt to feed the patient. Stay away, far away. My husband never received his meds on time. He did not even get washed up in the mornings. They just left him in his room after his therapy sessions. I had so many complaints I finally took him out AMA. This place is not only short staffed but the nursing staff they do have is questionable.

When you walk in the door, you are greeted with a smile and the staff is very friendly. The facility is always clean. The housekeepers treat you like family and go above and beyond to meet resident needs. The physical and occupational therapy teams are fantastic! They are great at motivating, educating, and rehabilitating. We have a nice dining area to eat and to make new friends. The kitchen staff is wonderful and they make the best food! My mother is recovering at Belaire after surgery. She wanted to return to Belaire after staying here after a surgery three years ago. She appreciates the care of the staff, the knowledge of the therapists, and the specific dietary menu prepared for her. She feels very safe and can focus on her recovery at Belaire.

I totally believe in the LifeWorks module at HHRC! Very patient specific & goal-oriented! Being able to experience the success of their patients is rewarding! I enjoy working with the staff who are very friendly, caring and hardworking. The atmosphere is very welcoming, clean, and spacious! Having visited many skilled nursing facilities, I will say by far HHRC is one of the best! I give it 5 stars!
