We used this vet for several years, but because they were so inflexible regarding scheduling, the rudeness of the reception area, we started going to a different vet. Recently, we had all three of our puppies get sick at the same time with diarrhea and stomach issues, the vet we were seeing was closed so we call Carolina Ranch to see if they could possibly have a vet check them out. We just moved to Clayton, NC this month and made my dog's yearly vaccinations and routine bloodwork appointment here. 1st issue: their websites Covid up date is incorrect. I was not asked to wait in my car until they were ready for me. Not all the staff wore their masks but customers are asked to. 2nd issue: Dr. Zurowsky tried twice to draw blood from my dog as well as the tech tried twice as well without getting it.
