Visited on Sunday afternoon as walk in. Was quoted a wait time of 25 to 30 minutes. Wait time was one hour. After initial visit with vitals taken, the provider comes in to inform us that X-rays could not be taken due to cloudy skies and potential storms. She stated there was a sign stating this on the door (there was not a sign) and the person at the front desk should have let us know. The best healthcare professionals in all of Robertson County. The staff are genuinely nice people, and everyone was so helpful. I received two steroid shots today and literally didn’t even feel the needle go in my arm. I’ve lived in Robertson County a long time, and I’ve never had such a positive experience at the doctor.
