Respectful receptionist. Took care of my needs. I was there one hour, about the same amount of time I would have been at my normal doctor office. Differenc is, I saved over a hundred and fifty dollars and I feel I got the same care. Thank you Quick Care for looking out for the people that can't afford health insurance right now.
Because the front desk clerk is rude saying things underneath her breath well reschedule while laughing at her phone and fb messages you know it’s fb bc the way the tone sounds makes you think she’s making you wait long time purposely she looks really sneaky And I mean the wait time is really long even with appointments it needs to be a different set up
This was my first visit to Carolina Quick Care and I was very impressed with the care I received, the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, I would highly recommend Carolina Quick Care
I had my very first visit this evening. I used the website to schedule a place holder appointment & was able to go ahead and submit all identification ahead of time. This made the check-in process very seamless. I’m not sure what her name was, but the receptionist that was working tonight was very nice and super helpful! Preston Aley and Dr. Drew Williams were both very pleasant to work with. I was able to get in and out fairly quickly instead of spending hours waiting around. Lovely experience, 10 out of 10 recommend!
