Just recently, I had a privacy fence placed in my backyard. I contacted Carolina Quality Fence requesting a quote. The owner, Mr. Jerry Harwood, came out to my home, took measurements and spoke with me about the different types of fencing he installed. He called later with pricing. It seemed a little high, however, he presented himself as one with knowledge. Taking a leap of faith, I contracted Mr. Harwood and him paid 1/2 up front so he could purchase the material.
