Not a patient oriented practice! They are constantly changing staff and the patient care and concern is 0%. Every time I have been there it’s been a nightmare. I requested to have gensite performed instead of constantly changing medications trying to find which one works for me they wouldn’t do it. But then if they done that they couldn’t get their kickbacks for prescribing all the other meds that doesn’t work first. Not to mention the office visit charges they collect each time. This office is terrible!! The PA Alissa Malone is great but the front desk staff and manager are awful!! The front desk staff do not listen when answering a call and always have an attitude for no reason. When you try to explain something to them, all they have to say is they need payment or patient needs to be seen before anything else. This office clearly cares more about payments from patients and insurance companies than they do of the actual care and best interest of the patients. This practice is awful. One screw up and your gonna. They don't follow their own rules. Chowdry is the worst, and doesn't know how to write a simple pa form so my insurance could cover it my antidepressant. I explained it, pharmacist explained it that he has to do it but I had to pay out of pocket every month when my medication is free. Also if you need any forms filled out for school, or whatever good luck. Was a patient with Dr Rahman from 2016 to 2023 when Dr Chowdury took over without any warning or by my choice. Dr. Rahman was amazing and took time to listen and evaluate. Dr. Chowdury is good as well but since only being under his care a few months, I cannot give a review on him except that he is an excellent doctor who may have been trusting the wrong people working for him.
