I have had no issues with the providers or the front desk. Mrs. Tammy is an awesome worker! She’s knowledgeable and very detailed to help you to the best of her ability. Dr. C is an awesome physician! I plan to join the establishment once I’m done with school as a provider!

BLUF: I do not recommend this practice to anyone. Take your time and money elsewhere. Front desk staff is pleasant and thorough. However, the psychiatric care is severely lacking. This practice was referred by a highly revered M.D. who doesn’t know that the owner has left the practice. Issue 1: The first appointment, the NP dialed in 25 minutes late with no update from the front desk staff on a waiting timeline. Will is an awesome individual! He is very knowledgeable, helpful, and very courteous and caring. I was browsing for a Psychiatrist office and he gave me all the information I needed and praised the office as well as Mrs. Tammy and the providers that work here. I can’t wait until he joins the practice as a therapist! I will definitely be seeing him! Needless to say, I will be scheduling with Carolina Psychiatry!

0 stars if I could. Tammy was very unacceptable. So were the orange walls, plastic chairs, and fluorescent lighting. Yall lucky I was desperate. But now I’m in a better place 😇

Do not come here, you will go without your MEDICALLY NECESSARY medications for weeks at a time, you'll get a different provider every month and it seems as they all have a different patient profile.
