BLUF: I do not recommend this practice to anyone. Take your time and money elsewhere. Front desk staff is pleasant and thorough. However, the psychiatric care is severely lacking. This practice was referred by a highly revered M.D. who doesn’t know that the owner has left the practice. I’ve been going here since 2018 and have never had a problem. They changed front desk staff more recently and it is always a great experience (I believe her name is Paula). My daughter started going here and she actually feels comfortable being seen. I would recommend!

Do not come here for care. My family and I were coming here for years. The Owner, Dr C while he did show interest in my best intentions in the past. He is no longer there. His front desk staff constantly has turn overs and they will quickly tell you Dr C lives in Texas. Which is fine but they weponize it like an excuse. My last visit to get a refill on my medicine with Mrs. Harris was not impressive. Furthermore, she is not even a provider she is a therapist for substance abuse. Under normal circumstances, if I have a problem with a business, I just take my business elsewhere and let it be. But after the experience that I had today with this facility, it needs to be known how unprofessional they are from the front office to the doctor. The staff does not take the time to listen to the request that you are asking about your medication, they are so busy trying to rush you off the phone and speak for you and over you that they don’t hear anything you say. Not a patient oriented practice! They are constantly changing staff and the patient care and concern is 0%. Every time I have been there it’s been a nightmare. I requested to have gensite performed instead of constantly changing medications trying to find which one works for me they wouldn’t do it. But then if they done that they couldn’t get their kickbacks for prescribing all the other meds that doesn’t work first. Not to mention the office visit charges they collect each time.
