This company did not roof approximately 4 years ago and they were great. I had hurricane damage and called them for a estimate, they sent one of their salesman, MIlton, to inspect the roof and provide us with an estimate and the estimate was completely wrong, he had not included the cost for tile or the cost to repair a roof leak. I was told that they had to send another salesman to inspect the roof again and to date, no one has connected us despite the fact that we have called more than five (5) times to get the correct est... read more
Very fast to tear my old roof off and put up new paper. Since then, have not been kept in the loop at all. Had to constantly call for progress just to get new roof delivered. Now it’s been sitting in my driveway for nearly two months. They’ve shown up one day to put up some of the edging and have disappeared again. More calls and a promise to be kept in touch. They promised a one-year warranty, but the work quality didn’t match that promise at all. Within just 7 days, cracks and sagging appeared, and a piece of the ceiling almost fell. They never followed up or offered to fix their mistakes. Completely unreliable contract
You can easily see tell this owner's character and how untrustworthy he is simply by looking at how much he has pushed back on all the negative reviews from his customers on Google. I wish I had read these before deciding to go ahead him with for my new colorbond roof install on my backyard garage. He did the same thing with me and clearly, he lacks ownership or any accountability.
