The older portion of our roof leaked during Tropical Storm Chantal 7/6/25. Mr. Montoya of Carolina Professional Roofing responded quickly, identified the problems with flashing and a missing “cricket” at the chimney, and got to work. During the job, it became evident that the previous roofer 10 years ago had cut corners and installed the shingles wrong. We had an excellent experience working with Carolina Professional Roofing. Our roof had wind damage that had sat for a while after another roofing company ghosted me, and Carlos was so communicative through the whole process from the minute we started working with him. He guided us through the insurance claim process and handled the majority of the communication with our insurance.
