Scott and Heather Forest are the owners of Carolina Prime Physical Therapy. Both are the best you will ever find. My first visit was with Alex who is also a very good therapist. I was in a lot of pain with my tailbone. I could not sit without pain. He referred me to Heather who is a Pelvic Floor Specialist. She is very good. I can now sit and travel without pain. Heather and her pelvic floor therapy team have played a vital role in my pelvic floor journey, and I am so grateful. From chatting with Lisa and Rachel at the front desk to receiving therapy in a private and comfy treatment room with Heather, I felt cared for and important at each visit - which is necessary when going through such an emotional and long journey. The atmosphere is soothing, quiet, and clean. So thankful to have her team and expertise in the High Country. I highly recommend!

About two years ago I had an MRI on my back and was told it was a matter of time until I would lose use of my legs and be wearing diapers. The neurologist said PT “might” help. Thankfully my Wilkes doctor referred me to Carolina Prime where I work with two therapists in a regular basis. One for my back and the other for my pelvic floor.
