PLEASE DO NOT GO TO CAROLINA PORTABLE BUILDINGS. Brad is a huge lier. He will tell you things just to get you to buy from him. He lied to me and told me my payment each month will be one price, but when I get my statement my price is more than what we talked about. Then I call him to ask him to can he come and anchor down my storage shed, here it is now the last day of January and I still haven't gotten my storage shed anchor down, and this has been since last year. Run!!! We purchased a building from Brad McWatters and he recommended a build on by Brad Moradel. It must be a scam they are running because Brad Moradel paid Brad McWatters a referral fee and Brad McWatters refuses to return the money to Bradley Moradek so he can refund us. Shady to say the least. There are lots of other reputable dealers.
Tons of great building options and the best prices around that I’ve found! Good people there too. Highly recommend.
