I have purchased a few buildings from Brad over the past couple of years and they are always beautiful, on time, and beats competitors prices by far. I even ordered a custom building that I had within 3 weeks. Great place to buy a building!
Went several weeks ago to pick out a building. Settled on two options and spoke with the owner(?) there on the property. We gave the building specks and all of our info with the promise we’d be contacted with the pricing breakdowns. Never heard from them again.
Run!!! Do not purchase. Do not use the brads. We purchased a building from Brad McWatters and he recommended a build on by Brad Moradel. It must be a scam they are running because Brad Moradel paid Brad McWatters a referral fee and Brad McWatters refuses to return the money to Bradley Moradek so he can refund us. Shady to say the least. There are lots of other reputable dealers.
