For the most part I have been happy with my Baja spa of 3-1/2 years. I have arthritis and use it daily. I have found service calls to be less than adequate. I have placed multiple calls over the last month or so. The first call was addressed a week after I called and was told it needed a new heating capasiter, that he would order it and bring it in about a week. That was three weeks ago. This is my second Baja spa and it has worked wonderfully and Tom and company do an excellent job of providing service.
