I cannot express how helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly Jeff was. He was quick to diagnose and create a plan, was patient explaining everything to me, and made sure the problem was solved swiftly. Will use him for all future pool service needs. 10/10 would recommend.

There are no words. I came home from the weekend and my pool pump was dead. Being new to the area and new pool owner I had no idea what to do or who to call. I didn’t know if my pump had burned up; if it was the filter ….. I knew nothing. My neighbors gave me some companies to call but being the beginning of pool season no one could get here until June or July. I only have good things to say about Jeff and Carolina Pool Services. They are very professional, punctual and precise in everything thing that they do I would recommend them to anyone!!!
I had a pump that wasn’t working, Jeff literally spoke to me via text for almost an hour on his recommendations and thoughts on my current situation. I ended up going with his suggestion of re doing the piping and got a Jandy pump with the WiFi control. He came out within 2 days for the repair, only to find I had some electrical issue from a recent new install of electric panel. (Not his fault) Once the electrician was able to come back out, Jeff squeezed me in to program the new pump on Good Friday. We got the pump running ... read more
