I have a friend who recently (within the past year) had a pool installed by Mark, Steven, Kelly and the crew at Carolina Pools in Hickory. We spent the holiday weekend at their pool and I got to admit, my wife and I are looking in to our options on how we can pull this off. The work was perfect. Asked them to come out and fix a leak in our pool. Mark came out and took a look and told us they could do the job for us and fix the leak. They proceeded to get us an estimate and we told them to move forward. This was during the fall of 2024 and it is now June of 2025 and the leak is still not fixed. I repeatingly have to call every week multiple times to come out and fix the leak but now they are not asking my calls and my pool is still not functional and we’re already in mid summer.
