After we bought a house with an existing pool in 2023, Carolina added a heater, automation and a spillover spa and updated some of the other equipment. They did a great job & we are very happy with the results. They have continued to maintain the pool and provide service and advice as needed since then.
Excellent service. Always available and responsive to any of our pool needs. We have used them for installation, pool heater, new liners, salt conversion, and new pump. They are wonderful to work with. And Steven does great pool upgrade designs!
I have an older pool which usually means more issues. CPB is always available to answer questions and take action with patience and knowledge. They have gone "above and beyond" numerous times.
Carolina pool builders have installed two Pools for me in both the homes I have built. The quality of their work and the expertise they demonstrate to do what they do is outstanding. The pools are beautiful and easily maintained.
