We are very happy with our pool. Val and his crew were professional throughout. The rare issue we have had, he has been immediately responsive. He also helped us connect with someone to lay down the turf surrounding the pool; this connection saved us several thousand dollars over other quotes we received. Completely satisfied and would highly recommend.

I recently moved into a home with a pool built by Carolina Pool and Spa. After notifying the pool had multiple leaks, I can’t get a call back. I wasn’t worried about it being slightly past warranty and having to pay either. Never left a review, but wanted any potential new pool owners to be aware.

Carolina pool and spa newly resurfaced my pool improperly which resulted in a powdery mess at the bottom of my pool as the newly resurfaced pool surface dissinigrated and now leaks like a sieve. Rather than participate in a solution Val quit servicing the pool and became non responsive. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you value your time money and property.

Val with Carolina Pool and Spa has be an absolute pleasure to work with from the start, we had spoken to numerous pool builders but chose Val based off his knowledge and professionalism when we met. Val provided useful tips and suggestions when we were trying to decide the style of pool we were wanting. Carolina Pool and Spa has been able to give us the pool we have always desired!
