Wow, I just had one of the best customer service experiences ever at this business, thanks to Emily. I had run into an issue with my Delta kitchen faucet where Delta sent me the wrong replacement part--actually it was the right part by number but the incorrect part in reality. Imagine how fun that is to figure out--I called around to multiple other plumbing stores and got nowhere.
