Everyone was exceptional in their knowledge of P/T. They did not push me beyond my limits, but were very firm. You have a really great crew!

I had a horrible experience while 40 weeks pregnant at Carolina pines. I went to the emergency room on a Saturday. I was sent home and told to call Monday for a appointment to come in and be checked inorder to get a induction date. Got a appointment for the next day at 9am by very rude staff. I got there about 8:40am to check in for the front desk staff to argue with me about insurance that lapses due to a incorrect address in the insurance companies system. my sister has just been taken to this hospital out of her mind in pain or something not right with her . when my niece gets there they will not let anyone go back with my sister bc the hospital is on lockdown so there my sister is not able to even say what is wrong with her and nobody can be back there with her. then they finally let them go back with her they ran test that took forever and finally they give her an antibiotic that she was allergic to and everything has went downhill from there . so now they move her to ICU t... read more

The staff was wonderful. They listened to my concerns. I received wonderful round the clock care. I was treated with fairness and all the staff were compassionate and stayed on top of my care needs. I would recommend this facility for family and friends. If needed, I would use this facility again!
