The doctors we use have been very knowledgeable and friendly. Listen to your concerns. The building is conveniently located, clean and getting around the building is easy due to signs and helpful staff. Many doctors for different specialties.
I'm always very happy with the care I receive at the lab and outpatient services at Carolina Pines Regional Medical Center.
Had an emergency with BP spiking im 72 female and never had BP issue. This was scary for me and the staff and doctor was very kind and helped me understand what was happening and how to follow-up with my doctor to learn how to control it.
I had to go to the ER and from Reception Staff, Security, Nurses, Technicians, the cleaning staff, & my late night Doctor on duty were all super friendly. We were called in less than 2 minutes. Our doctor was very knowledgeable with a great personality. They were completely through. We were very pleased with the care I received.
