I want to give a special Shout out to an Emergency Doctor named Dr Meier? .He gave exceptional care to my sister.Above and beyond any we have experienced. My sisters first visit in the ER was for excruciating pain.She came alone. She was given pain meds and sent home.That did not work . I went with her the following night. Sent her home again .We returned the following evening due to her pain.This time was different ,Dr Meier gave her stronger pain meds ordered a urine sample and a CT scan with blood work.Blood work came bac... read more

I’m incredibly grateful for the care I received during my 6-day stay at Carolina Pines Regional Medical Center. Being in the hospital for that long can be stressful and exhausting, but the staff made a difficult situation much easier to get through. From the nurses and doctors to the support staff, everyone treated me with kindness, patience, and professionalism. Had an over-night stay recently due to stroke-like symptoms. Was taken very seriously and treated with the utmost respect and urgency from the moment I entered the emergency room until the moment I left. They did everything they could to work with me on communication even though I wasn't able to speak clearly.
