I called a few weeks back to make my Mother a New Patient appointment here...The lady that answered the phone to make the appointment seemed clueless on whether or not the doctor would even see her for her issue...I was put on hold for several minutes while she "went to ask"...After returning to the phone call, she said he would see her...I asked her if she was sure he could address the issue...because it made me feel uneasy that she did not know...I reluctantly made the appointment...When the appointment time came... we arr... read more
My experience at Carolina Pines ENT was excellent. Dr.Harsha and his staff did everything in a very professional and personal manner. Dr. Harsha removed a polyp from my nasal passage. The procedure was explained to me layman's language prior to the procedure. There were no surprises and very, very minimal discomfort.
My son and I came in for my first appointment and everything went so great! The staff at the front desk were very lovely and welcoming. They have children's books accessible by the front desk, which my son enjoyed! Dr. Martinez and her assistant, Dr. Anderson we're both wonderful, kind and very informative. Each of them joked around with my son and made him feel safe, welcomed! I am glad to be treated here and in their care.
I have always had a great experience with Dr Harsha and staff. My husband and I have both been treated here and we recommend this practice highly.
Very helpful solved my problem very easily.
