I ordered a coat for my dog. Delivery was good, and the coat was nice. I needed to change the size, as I needed one size larger. Yes, my fault, however, Carolina Pet company has not returned any calls or emails regarding the issue. I simply wanted to exchange, but they will not communicate with me. Unfortunately, I won't use this company, nor recommend it.
