I visited this clinic today for my daughter’s emergency dental pain, and I’m very pleased with the experience. The clinic accepts Medicaid, which made the process smooth and stress-free. Ms. Rachael at the front desk was warm, welcoming, and professional. Dr. Reading was exceptional, after my daughter’s cleaning and treatment, he patiently answered all my questions and addressed every concern with full attention and care. Awesome staff! Knowledgeable and compassionate.
It was my first visit with my son. He is totally insecure about dentist; however, we both were pleased with the initial appointment. The staff was nice, the waiting time wasn’t bad at all, especially when it was a full house! Overall, it was a good experience. My son hasn’t had the visit with the needles yet.. So we will see! 🤣
Very disappointed! They did X-rays and applied fluoride even though I answered no " on the form they gave me. My son wasn’t a new patient.
I absolutely love them. It was my son‘s first time at the dentist and they made him feel so welcome and calm
