I would expect this level of unprofessionalism from an employee who cared less about customer service, not the owner, Kevin. I scheduled a job quote and reviewed the work needed with Kevin. Kevin assured me they could handle the 3 rooms painted, sheet rock and trim repairs, deck repair and staining and they could also start the job within 3 weeks, which was fine with me.
