Customer service is top notch! I've been calling and emailing several companies that stock boxes trying to get white 24x24 boxes for a school fundraiser and no luck (or really insane shipping costs)-- this was until I called Carolina Packaging! Barry was so incredibly helpful and enthusiastic. He not only was able to answer all my questions but made recommendations based on his experience and knowledge that led me to a better solution. Thanks CPP and Barry (especially)!

I rented a cargo van through the Budget Truck Rental website. The day before I was supposed to pick it up, Carolina Packaging called me to tell me that there are no cargo vans are available due to Amazon renting them out statewide. I was very upset but appreciated the information. I ended up having to rent a 12’ box truck. The gentleman who got me set up was very helpful. He explained everything in detail. Fortunately, they had a brand new truck for me that made it a little easier.
