they never gave me furniture pads at the pickup location, but the business owner ate the cost of the missing pads from inventory and didn't charge me even though we could never contact the dropoff location to have them removed from my order
What a wonderful resource! Both the gentlemen I interacted with couldn't have been nicer or more helpful, and their pricing is well below Home Depot for all kinds of moving supplies: boxes, bubble wrap, etc. Highly recommend! (PS - the negative reviews you're seeing for truck rentals actually belong to a completely different company located right next door, not these guys!)
