I went in with my boyfriend a couple days ago, hoping to have some of my questions answered, and thankfully they all were! I spoke with Jessica at the front desk about installations, delivery, fees, cost, etc. She literally knew everything about the place and she was very friendly even while answering all 100 questions of mine. When I come back next week, I will definitely hope to see her!
Michelle took the time to custom design a metal garage with a pitching lane that we couldn't do with the standard online design tool. It was nice to have good customer service instead of getting the typical "no" when extra effort is needed.
