Filled out the information online, they tell me to come in as a walk in just for them to tell me the physicians can't read mri's or give information about the surgery needed. Absolute waste of time

Hi, for the most part I belived that my dr. Did a great job on my spine however, as time progresses the treatment that has been discussed is not working AT ALL. I have literally BEGGED dr Lim to look into another direction. Yes, I said begged. I've given so much supportive research that sounds like it was written about me. I have been a patient at Cona for several years, and always pleased with my doctors and surgeons, so when I had a bad fall at night this week, I preferred to wait to go to the Urgent Care center the following morning instead of the ER where I'd likely be waiting in the lobby in misery for hours anyway. Was seen quickly by Ortho PAC Gaylyn who got me right in for x-ray, stitched my finger after great numbing block, and examined my knee after determining nothing broken. Steroid injection. Great place and friendly staff. Dr. Gao is a fantastic surgeon. I also want to thank Dme for staying late one afternoon and waiting on me to pick up a brace for my daughter's knee. Thank you!
