Dr Williams and staff were very professional and pleasant. My procedure went well and with the instructions I followed, recovery was smooth. I would highly recommend this group!
Dr. Williams and staff were most helpful with my appt to remove a problematic old implant. Explanations of the surgery were outlined including an option to come back for the procedure being completely out with IV anesthesia! I opted for the local and had the offending implant out after about 20 minutes. No pain experienced although thinking of waves on a beach helps with the unavoidable sounds and pressures. Very smooth procedure with expert technique, highly recommended!
