We have used Carolina One Vacation Rentals many times over the years. We have always been very pleased with the properties they offer. Every summer my husband and I rent a beach house for a week and invite our two adult children and their spouses to join us. We have the best time relaxing on the beach, sleeping in, cooking meals together as well as eating out at the local restaurants. But, most importantly we enjoy a clean house and comfortable beds!
Carolina One is an unethical rental group. They gave our booking away to a random family 24 hours later because they got them to book for an extra week Just told us sorry I hope you find something else Will be filing the proper complaints. This company should be shut down.
We rented Island Gossip for a week this month! We absolutely love the staff at Carolina One. When we arrived Michelle made sure we had someone help us unload and John helped us with the tv's. Being elderly this was such a help to us! They also provided someone to help us load up when we left! Thanks everyone for making our stay so special! We will see you again soon.
I’m extremely impressed with their responsiveness and genuine commitment to delivering a positive outcome. They reached out quickly and went above and beyond to take care of us.
***New Update*** I'm doing a last update to this review since we've come to an understanding with Carolina One that the elevator issue at Carolina Mile was an unfortunate incident. They came back to me with some other explanations as to why the damage may have occurred. Therefore I have revised my initial 1 star rating to an average 3 star rating since the communication continued instead of just dismissing my complaints.
