***New Update*** I'm doing a last update to this review since we've come to an understanding with Carolina One that the elevator issue at Carolina Mile was an unfortunate incident. They came back to me with some other explanations as to why the damage may have occurred. Therefore I have revised my initial 1 star rating to an average 3 star rating since the communication continued instead of just dismissing my complaints. This house smiled like a wet dog in the slip covers on all the furniture. The covers do not fit the furniture and had to be fixed every time we got up. The place was not clean at all. There was mold on the shower curtains and the back porch , which was the one that was screened in had not been cleaned in many years. The cob webs and spiders had taken over this space.
