Beware of Carolina Imaging�??s Misrepresentation While I received excellent care during my oral imaging appointment I was misinformed about their insurance network status. When I called to make my appointment, I was told that they accepted my insurance policy (BCBS), however after I received my insurance explanation of benefits I learned that they are actually out of network.
