This is the worst company I have ever done business with. I own a print shop and I leased a printer with them. I have not been able to use the printer for over a year. They have been billing me for another serial number and I paid them. I realized this when the printer stopped printing and I kept receiving bills. The accounts payable team is not capable of fixing the billing problem. The service team is not capable of providing the consumables necessary to keep the printer printing. Extremely disappointed in the customer service. We run a small business and signed a 5 year contract with this company which guaranteed there would be no rate increases. 3 years into our contract, we received a notice that our rate would increase. We’ve attempted to contact a representative several times with absolutely no success. I very disappointed.

Update: A new Representative has reach out and seems to be working on a solution. Will update further upon resolution.... Just kidding, things are worse than before. I have never been so disappointed in a local company. Subpar products and unreliable customer service. We have had nothing but problems since the high pressure sales person dropped off the face of the earth after signing us up.
