The best!! I can't say enough great things about Carolina Nutrition Specialists. From the beginning Betsy has assisted me on turning my diet around. In such a short time I have learned so much about what chemicals and ingredients are in the foods I was eating and what I need to avoid personally in order to live a healthier lifestyle.
