I was referred here by my pediatrician. Working with the people from Carolina Neuropsychological was a great experience. Dr.Morgan was so kind and really helped me in figuring out what my issue was and how to get help.

After my testing was completed I simply asked for my medical report and they told me "no." They said it was against their policy for me to get my own medical records without making another appointment so the doctor can explain the results to me first. To me it seems like they want more money, so I have to go back and be explained about something I can easily read myself. I called and went there in person and still could not get my medical records.

I am a mother of a pre-teen that is needing counseling desperately. When I called to request an appointment. The lady that answered the phone was so rude to me. When she asked if we had been seen there before and I said no-- she sighed...then she said rudely...we only take referrals and hung up on me. For someone needing to seek counseling.....this is surely not the place if they are starting off the relationship like that!!!!!!
