My first appointment with Aneeta Gupta was very...interesting. The intake nurse needs a hearing aid and a better attitude. Very rude and unhappy lady. Gupta is very passionate about health and her beloved yoga. She meditated with me and showed me breathing techniques. She told me I need to lose weight, become yogi and all of my migraines would go away. She said I could probably stop taking my preventive meds in 6 months! It was my first appointment with Dr Gupta. She spend at least 30 minutes with me, trying to understand my condition and health history. I left her office with a plan instead of just a follow up appointment. Dr Gupta and her staff really care.
From the moment I called to the moment I finished my appointment and long after they have been kind, generous, helpful and efficient. they are all ROCKSTARS!!!
Very warm welcoming vibe comes from office and Dr. is very comfortable to talk too. Helpful with my concerns that I was going through.
She knows her business but didn’t follow up when she acted surprised that I was only taking one Gabapentin not the authorized three per day. She should have said that this is for neuropathic pain relief and nothing else. Gabapentin is a sleep medicine and was prescribed by my sleep doctor and not her which may explain her reticence.
