Nobody answering the phone, personal mailboxes are full, something doesn't seem right. Anybody know what is going on?
Today was my husband first visit and we was very impressed.
It takes atleast two months to get even a follow up appointment. You see doctor when you are sick and if you have to wait so long, it doesn't make sense. The front desk lady who picked up phone this morning at 8.50am does not even show basic courtesy of speaking good with patients. Please teach some. Also tell them to pick calls and check voice mails. Never recommend this clinic to anyone. A good doctor is not enough..!
Dr Thomas Fox .. and staff are really wonderful. The time you wait is short . They all care. I would give a 5 but it takes so long to get medical records transcribed and sent
