Dr was thorough and pleasant but they really just run tests and send you elsewhere. In fact, ran same tests that prior group did that led me there in the first place and charged higher amount. In my case was a waste of time and money with nothing to show for it.
It pains me to leave such a poor review because Dr. Patel is a fine and caring doctor but this practice is a total cluster. In general, expect to have appointments cancelled randomly for no evident reason, be scheduled in the wrong window (you're not a new patient, we can't see you then) after planning weeks in advance only to be notified a couple of days before that the appointment is off, my wife gets botox for migraines there and at least a half dozen times has had appointments botched because the office staff is too inc... read more
