We NEVER was educated nor explained what my grandson was dealing with mentally until we met this great support Dr. West. He was patient, asked us questions and made sure we didn't leave his office unsure about anything. Dr. West encouraged me to be the BEST advocate for my child's needs. Very nice guy but it hard to get you papers from his assistant from the appointment discharged. Been trying going on 3 weeks now
