too often feel like patients are an inconvenience for this medical group. Was directed to wrong office for blood test...raced to correct place only to have phlebotomist chastize me for my lateness. No way am I having an angry person draw blood.
Great doctors and support staff. Ignore the reviews by karenz. If late w/appointments is because they fit in those of us that have unexpected problems. If you're waiting too long, get up and ASK/TALK to support staff...they're all very good at what they do.
Have a problem with your kidneys, see the doctors here. All of them are extremely sensitive to help you on your journey! Dr. Shusterman is known as the Cooking Doc. All things healthy for your kidneys to thrive!!
Short wait time and the phlebotomist was excellent! SHE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND CARING!
My wife's appointment was at 9:00. We arrived at 8:35. It's 9:37 and a lady just walked into the office area without giving an apology or a reason for the wait. Then when she was finally called back the lady was rude. Highly unprofessional!
